Sometimes your request will notify to separate councils based on the area and overlaps in boundaries for safety reasons. As various councils use various systems, your request may generate the permit request or Corridor Access Request via these two systems:
You will need to upload required documentation twice, once in each system, so that both councils can view the required information to approve the CAR or Permit.
Councils who use RAMM to process Corridor Access Requests will need you to click on the CAR History button - this can be found in the pop up appearing, in the list of buttons to the right on your individual job summary screen, or on your dashboard screen:
Here you can upload the required documents for the Council to view.
The second council will be using the PermitAccess system. You will also need to do the same thing via the Permit Monitor button for this second council:
Click on this button to enter the details and read and/or upload documents required by this council.
This council cannot see anything you loaded into CAR History, and vice versa.
